Product Design Evaluation is composed of three stages:
1. Good Design Evaluation
2. Superior Design Evaluation
3. TURQUALITY® Design Award Evaluation

Good Design Evaluation
Evaluation of Good Design is performed by the juries, formed in sectoral basis, considering the required criteria which a good design should fulfill. Each jury member grades designs exhibited in the sector for each criteria. While grading, besides individual evaluation of each exhibited product, the information submitted with the application form are also considered. Designs passing the indicated average point receive Good Design Award.
Evaluation of Superior Design
In the second stage of evaluation, among the Good Design Award winning designs, Superior Design evaluation is performed. In order for a design to receive Superior Design Award, it has to carry at least one superior design criteria which are listed under eight headings. Jury members, considering the total points the design has received in the previous stage, discuss each design in relation to superior design criteria. jury reaches a consensus for superior design awards.
Evaluation of TURQUALITY® Design Awards
Following the completion of first two stages' evaluation, among all sectoral classes, juries meet for the third stage of the evaluation. The most outstanding 5 designs are determined among the Superior Design Award winners with Turkish a brand in order to determine the TURQUALITY® Design Award winners.
